The Ultimate Cheeseburger

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup HEINZ Mustard
1 tbs LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp black pepper
8 KRAFT Singles
8 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
8 red onion slices
8 sesame seed hamburger buns
1/2 cup SIMPLY HEINZ Ketchup
Directions
1. HEAT grill to medium heat.
2. MIX first 4 ingredients just until blended.
3. SHAPE into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
4. GRILL 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
5. PLACE lettuce, tomatoes and onions on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, ketchup and tops of buns.
